Examinations are almost always stressful  . The mental pressure started to increase the sooner the Exam/Test started and during the Exam/Test I often experienced fear of failure . An important thing to note is that I was really young at the time my exam phobia peaked, no older than 14 years . As a matter of fact, examinations are the only worry of students . Examinations are held to test students' ability, to check up the work they have done during a term, to judge what progress they have made and to determine whether they have been utilising or wasting their time. They know that if they keep on neglecting their books, they will be exposed in examinations. They are aware that their marks will be communicated to the guardians who will take them to task if the results are not satisfactory. They know also that if they foil they will experience a feeling of humiliation. All these things combine to urge a student to hard work . I think for a lot of students it is the fear of failure rather than the exam itself which causes all the anxiety. Working yourself up with worry can only add to your stress and likely hood of not doing well on a exam. In order to avoid this I believe preparation is the key. If you have studied thoroughly then you should feel confident about taking it and doing well. I do believe that the setting and atmosphere of places where exams are taken add to the anxiety. In a exam room you cannot help but sense the stress in the air and the almost deathly quietness in the room. Perhaps finding some way to improve the test taking environment by finding different locations or surroundings would be beneficial to students.

2.) Change your my mindset
3.) Leave yourself plenty of time for studying.
4.) Keep all of your notes and schoolwork organized.
5.)Take breaks while studying
6.) Eat proper meals regularly.
7.) Get plenty of sleep.
8.) Try meditation
9.) Avoid people who generate Fear when studying
10.) Think Positive
11.) Stop and breathe if you are Fear anxiety coming on
12.) Seek help if you need it from your parents or friends or anyone else .
